Park History

Splash Jungle Water Park opened quietly in Mai Khao, not with the fanfare of a global resort, but with a simpler aim—give families and travelers a fun, tropical break. At first, some questioned the idea: a water park near the beach? It felt unnecessary. But it didn’t take long for people to warm up to it. The park had a relaxed vibe, a few solid slides, and a wave pool that mirrored the sea just down the road. It was small, sure—but it worked.

As time went on, the park added more thrills. The Boomerango slide, especially, drew attention—loud, fast, dramatic. Yet even with the louder rides, the park never lost its slower rhythm. That mix—some adrenaline, lots of calm—created a curious charm. It didn’t all fit together perfectly, but maybe that was the point. It felt real, like a place figuring itself out over time.

Today, Splash Jungle remains a little rough around the edges, in a good way. It’s not the biggest or flashiest park in Thailand, and maybe it doesn’t want to be. It’s familiar, relaxed, and just surprising enough to keep people coming back. Not perfect, not polished—just enough.
